One of the challenges to me as a nurse is finding CEUs which meet my needs from a regulatory standpoint but also enhance my education as a nurse and help me stay current with today’s medications, technologies and trends in policy and procedures. Some sites I have found which have helped me to accomplish this are:

RN.com - This site carries a variety of courses on many subjects, including the state-mandated courses.

American Association of Critical Care Nurses - this site offers CEUs from its journals

Wild Iris - I haven’t personally used this site, but a colleague of mine showers accolades on it.

MedScape - I have found many articles of interest to me on this site and many of the CEUs were free.

Nursing Center - offers a wide variety of topics
